Zhao Family Visits Jin-Ni and Brings Gifts

D.E.E.P. chair Richard Zhao visited Jin-Ni this past weekend with his family and brought gifts for the school for the third consecutive year.

The gifts included 430 elementary school level books, 2 computers, and 10 cassette players.

A gift presenting ceremony was held at the lobby of the school. The group also visited the original Jindun village school, which Jin-Ni replaced in September 2005, and listened to a Chinese lesson with the 4th graders.

Jin-Ni Lake Forest Academy Hope School:

Jin-Ni LFA Hope School, located in Jiangxi, China, was made possible by a $12,000 fundraising project led by Richard Zhao when he was a senior at Lake Forest Academy.
